Senior Designer

We are seeking a Senior Designer to join our marketing team at MetaLab. In this role, you will be responsible for owning MetaLab's creative strategy and visual identity, specifically focusing on marketing initiatives. Your main tasks will include creating case studies, showreels, landing pages, and social assets that showcase our work and talent to attract new business. We are looking for someone with a passion for visual design, strong attention to detail, and expertise in visual storytelling. This position offers opportunities for mentorship and professional development within our wider design team.

• Own the creative strategy and visual direction of anything MetaLab shares with the world
• Come up with new and innovative ways to share stories about the impact created for clients
• Work with marketing and client teams to craft marketing assets that share product thinking, design, and strategic expertise
• Ensure the quality and consistency of the MetaLab brand across all marketing collateral
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the project's vision and impact and translate it into visually stunning, thoughtful, story-driven design showcases
• Ensure every piece of content meets high quality standards and reflects MetaLab's craft and expertise
• Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and techniques to ensure innovative and engaging work

• 5+ years of visual design experience with an understanding of product and UX
• Proven ability to craft quality assets that leverage visual storytelling to capture the attention of a target audience
• Strong interest in visual design and attention to detail
• Expertise in motion and visual design, with a willingness to experiment with new skill sets such as 3D and other non-code tools
• Ability to own the creative strategy and visual direction of marketing assets
• Collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and understand project vision and impact
• Ensure the quality and consistency of the MetaLab brand across all marketing collateral
• Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and techniques to ensure innovative and engaging work

• Comfortable with ambiguity and internal briefs
