About the position
The Partner Success & Expansion Lead will be responsible for leading the growth and expansion of strategic partnerships with financial institutions. They will focus on ensuring the success, product growth, and revenue expansion of these partnerships by understanding the clients' business drivers and challenges. The ideal candidate should have experience in enterprise client success or account management, particularly in the fintech industry, and possess skills in deal modeling, forecasting, and leveraging data. The main outcomes of this role include understanding the target market, managing key partnerships, driving growth and adoption, and implementing effective reporting and monitoring systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the growth and expansion of strategic partnerships
- Ensure the success, product growth, and revenue expansion of financial institution partners
- Understand clients' key business drivers, objectives, and challenges
- Identify and implement process-driven solutions and strategies that create value for partners
- Serve as the nexus between engineering, product, marketing, analytics, and sales teams
- Funnel feedback from partners and advocate for their needs internally
- Help the team build exceptional products
- Manage complex, enterprise relationships
- Conduct deal modeling and forecasting
- Operate in a client-first capacity
- Leverage data in decision-making
- Have 5 years of experience in enterprise client success or account management, with at least 2 years in Fintech
- Possess insurance experience (a plus)
- Be familiar with Looker and other BI tools
- Have excellent Powerpoint and Excel skills
- Have startup experience
- Understand the ideal customer profile, pain points, and challenges
- Manage day-to-day operations of a Tier 1 FI partner
- Build a trustworthy partnership with the partner
- Become fully knowledgeable about the partner's business and the state of the partnership
- Establish a solid process for reporting, communication, and partnership status
- Support ad-hoc new client onboarding
- Develop strategies to drive growth and adoption for core partners
- Generate monthly growth to achieve targets
- Lead MBRs and QBRs for clients within your remit
- Establish reporting and monitoring systems to provide insights and recommendations to the team and partners.

- 5 years experience in enterprise client success or account management, with at least 2 years in Fintech
- Insurance experience is a plus

- Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 (depending on experience) + bonus
