About the position
The Partner Program Office is seeking an experienced Partner Program Manager to join their team at KnowBe4. The role involves driving adoption of KnowBe4 partner programs across the partner ecosystem, which includes resellers, MSPs, consultants, tech alliances, and system integrators. The manager will work closely with channel sales, supporting teams, and partners to roll out programs and ensure a positive partner experience while adhering to guidelines. Responsibilities include optimizing deal registrations, advising channel account managers, launching new partner programs, and identifying partners with a high level of investment.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in building partner programs
- Experience in the IT Security or SaaS technology industry a plus
- Experience building MSP program a plus
- Successful track record of working and communicating with multiple stakeholders and cross functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and operations
