Executive Assistant to EVP of International Sales (Hybrid)

The Executive Assistant to EVP of International Sales is responsible for providing full administrative and secretarial support to the EVP of International and Global Channel Sales. This role involves managing the EVP's calendar and scheduled meetings, coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, and serving as a liaison with global executives and key stakeholders. The Executive Assistant will also be responsible for drafting and sending out various correspondence and reports to leadership teams and C-Level Executives.

Manage and take ownership of the EVP’s calendar and scheduled meetings.

Proactively reschedule, hold time and gather necessary information prior to meetings to ensure EVP is properly prepared.

Coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements for EVP (including visas and accommodations).

Be present on all meetings, record meeting minutes and ensure all action items are completed and/or followed-up on.

Serve as liaison with global executives and key stakeholders for coordination on meetings and projects.

Draft and send out various correspondence and reports to leadership teams and C-Level Executives.

• College Degree, preferred
• Experience with Gmail and Google Docs
• Experience with MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer etc.)
• Prior experience with Salesforce, Envisage, Greenhouse, Smartsheets or Slack, a plus
• At least 3 year experience in an executive assistant or administrative assistant role supporting a C-Level Executive
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
