About The Position

ABM is seeking a reliable and experienced Parking Cashier to handle cash and electronic transactions with parking customers. The role is suitable for someone entering or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education; no experience is required, and on-the-job training is provided. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, paying $16.00 per hour. Specific offers may vary based on the applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
No high school diploma, GED, or college degree is required.
No experience is required; on-the-job training is provided.

Responsibilities

Approach and greet customers in a friendly, professional manner.
Communicate respectfully to assist guests with questions, problems, and concerns.
Relay customer concerns or information to the shift lead or Operations Manager as necessary.
Respond quickly to provide excellent customer service.
Follow company procedures and comply with safety regulations.
Issue and/or collect visitor parking tickets.
Match visitor tickets to the parking rate schedule, collect proper payment, and distribute correct change.
Complete lost-ticket forms when original tickets cannot be located.
Reconcile receipts, cash, and charges, and accurately account for all funds in the cashier drawer.
Perform revenue drops according to location procedures.
Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area.
Answer the telephone promptly and courteously when required.
Immediately report accidents, incidents, or safety concerns to the Operations Manager or Shift Lead.
Communicate professionally with guests, clients, and teammates at all times.
