About The Position

The Parking Cashier provides customer service while collecting parking fees, processing transactions, and answering parking-related questions. Requirements

• Basic computer skills and ability to operate point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous cashier, customer service, retail, or parking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Collect and process parking payments using cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
• Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Balance the cash drawer and complete daily reconciliation reports.
• Assist customers with parking rates, directions, and general inquiries.
• Monitor parking equipment and report malfunctions or maintenance issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
