About the position
As a Paid Social Buyer at CTC, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with DTC clients and the growth team to develop and execute effective media strategies. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data, identifying trends, building campaign structures, and providing expert communication to your team. You will also be responsible for executing direct-response advertising, managing ad accounts, and continuously adapting and optimizing campaigns to meet KPIs. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their expectations and guiding them towards long-term success. Overall, your success in this role will be measured by your ability to drive growth and serve clients and teammates effectively.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with DTC clients and growth team members to analyze historical data, identify trends and opportunities, and build campaign structures using CTC best practices
- Forecast monthly budget plans for each client and provide expert communication regarding new areas of opportunity
- Write compelling direct-response advertising copy and build out campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager
- Ensure all strategic initiatives are launched according to timelines and budgets across multiple ad accounts
- Continuously execute strategies, test hypotheses, and search for new paths to success for clients
- Proactively problem-solve and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance
- Adapt and evolve in an ever-changing digital marketing landscape, developing strategic plans and recommendations for targeting, messaging, and optimization
- Conduct multivariate tests to determine the best performing creative and target audiences
- Manage clients' day-to-day expectations, provide regular feedback on ad account performance, and report wins and learnings
- Have full awareness of ad accounts' performance and spend pacing
- Manage media buying across social platforms and optimize toward client's goals
- Create and execute a full-funnel ad account strategy
- Provide excellent, clear, and timely feedback to clients through email, Slack, and conference calls
- Dive deep into ad accounts, build new ads, audiences, and messages to achieve better financial returns on ad spend
- Brainstorm big ideas, campaigns, and offers to effectively communicate with customers
- Show dedication to growing and serving clients and teammates every day
- Gain confidence in scaling and optimizing ad accounts and understanding success as it relates to client needs
- Ideate creative concepts and new advertising campaigns based on past best-performing sales and promotions
- Utilize advanced data analytics and reporting to provide meaningful insights and actionable recommendations
- Build ad account structures in line with CTC best practices and problem-solve account issues
- Manage a full client roster and build strong client relationships
- Collaborate with other CTC team members on optimization techniques and scaling strategies across ad accounts
- Possess expert knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics, with the ability to utilize analytics to drive growth
- Have a solid understanding of marketing research and consumer psychology
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business, or relevant experience
- Expert knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics
- Proven ability to plan, develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns for eCommerce brands with $40k+ in monthly spending
- Data-driven with a consumer-first focus
- Solid understanding of marketing research and consumer psychology
