Paid Search Buyer

CTC is seeking a Google Ads Specialist with significant experience in creating, optimizing, and scaling multiple Google Ads accounts simultaneously. The successful candidate will be a confident, proactive communicator with expert knowledge of Google Shopping Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Shopify. They will be responsible for optimizing ad accounts, forecasting future budgets and performance, troubleshooting accounts, and communicating meaningful results to clients. Success in the role will be demonstrated by continuously meeting revenue, spend, and ROAS targets for multiple clients, managing multiple client projects, and establishing and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients.

• Resolve issues by asking probing questions and brainstorming multiple solutions
• Take ownership and prioritize tasks to accomplish them in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively by proactively telling the story and simplifying complex information
• Optimize ad accounts through building, iterating, and testing campaign types, ad copy, budgets, and bidding strategies
• Forecast future budgets and performance through analysis of historical data and industry trends
• Troubleshoot accounts to fix errors or warnings across Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Google Analytics
• Continuously meet revenue, spend, and ROAS targets for multiple clients
• Work cross-functionally with other team members to help achieve clients' business goals
• Strategize to improve and grow accounts sustainably while maintaining ROAS
• Diagnose and troubleshoot errors related to Google Ads and Google Merchant Center
• Establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients by bringing valuable insights into meetings about ad performance, creative tests, and ideas for new marketing angles
• Create, optimize, and scale multiple Google Ads accounts simultaneously
• Communicate confidently and proactively, especially in writing
• Have expert knowledge of Google Shopping Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Shopify
• Build, connect, optimize, and troubleshoot data feeds in Google Merchant Center
• Analyze data, make actionable decisions and recommendations using Google Sheets expertise
• Familiarity with Google Ads Desktop Editor
• Think about a brand's 360º digital approach from customer acquisition through to customer retention
• Have an insatiable curiosity and an inability to leave a problem alone until finding one or many different potential solutions

• Significant experience creating, optimizing and scaling multiple Google Ads accounts simultaneously
• Expert knowledge of Google Shopping Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Shopify
• Experience building, connecting, optimizing, and troubleshooting data feeds in Google Merchant Center
• Google Sheets expertise and strong ability to analyze data, make actionable decisions and recommendations
• Familiarity with Google Ads Desktop Editor
• Ability to think about a brand’s 360º digital approach from customer acquisition through to customer retention
