Senior Paid Search Buyer

CTC is seeking a highly experienced individual to join their team as a Google Ads Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing and scaling multiple Google Ads accounts, as well as troubleshooting errors and warnings across various Google platforms. They will also be expected to communicate meaningful results to clients and teammates, and establish and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Google Ads and related tools, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically about digital marketing. This is a fully remote position with a competitive salary and potential for bonuses.

• Optimize ad accounts through building, iterating, and testing campaign types, ad copy, budgets, and bidding strategies
• Forecast future budgets and performance through data analysis

• Troubleshoot errors or warnings across Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Google Analytics
• Meet revenue, spend, and ROAS targets for multiple clients
• Work cross functionally with other team members to achieve clients' business goals
• Manage multiple client projects and strategize to improve and grow accounts sustainably
• Diagnose and troubleshoot errors related to Google Ads and Google Merchant Center
• Establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients
• Create, optimize, and scale multiple Google Ads accounts simultaneously
• Communicate confidently and proactively
• Have expert knowledge of Google Shopping Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Shopify
• Build, connect, optimize, and troubleshoot data feeds in Google Merchant Center
• Analyze data, make actionable decisions and recommendations using Google Sheets
• Familiarity with Google Ads Desktop Editor
• Think about a brand's 360º digital approach from customer acquisition to customer retention

• Significant experience creating, optimizing, and scaling multiple Google Ads accounts simultaneously
• Expert knowledge of Google Shopping Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Shopify
• Experience building, connecting, optimizing, and troubleshooting data feeds in Google Merchant Center
• Google Sheets expertise and strong data analysis skills
• Familiarity with Google Ads Desktop Editor
• Ability to think about a brand's 360º digital approach from customer acquisition to customer retention
