Solutions Architect

This role at CTC is for a Solutions Architect who will be responsible for designing and developing client integrations into their data platform. They will support customer data needs and ensure the technology is set up to be a valuable resource. The Solutions Architect will also communicate with internal and external teams, provide technical support, and monitor customer service forums. The successful candidate should have experience in ecommerce solutions, large eCommerce platforms, and critical infrastructure technologies. The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $105,000 annually.

• Integrate client integrations into the data platform
• Manage seamless integration of clients' tech stack with ours
• Ensure data accuracy and integration upkeep
• Support customers' data needs
• Set up technology as an invaluable resource for customers
• Create and manage a system for organizing documentation and SOPs
• Communicate with teams internally and externally using agency tech stack
• Provide technical support for data tools
• Monitor external facing forums and support groups for outstanding customer service
• Design and develop client integration strategies
• Meet with customers to understand their tech stack and design data solutions
• Participate in documentation for solution development
• Identify technical resources for architecture support
• Support business development team with work estimates and technical support
• Project manage integration implementation
• Maintain internal and external customer service forums and channels
• Have 5+ years of experience in ecommerce solutions
• Have 3+ years of experience with large ecommerce platforms
• Understand critical infrastructure technologies
• Be an expert in UX design, information architecture, and agile web development processes
• Understand behavioral targeting, personalization, content management, and web technologies
• Interface with executive leadership and technology teams
• Have experience with emerging technical platforms
• Be skilled in project management software
• Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Complete short-term and long-term goals effectively
• Have an insatiable curiosity and problem-solving mindset
• Take calculated risks in decision-making

• 5+ years of experience working with organizations that deliver ecommerce solutions (i.e. in sales engineering, consulting or product management)
• 3+ years of working on any large eCommerce Platform (i.e. Adobe Magento, Salesforce Commerce, SAP Commerce)
• Understanding of critical infrastructure technologies such as CDPs, ESPs and BI tools
• An expert in UX design, informations architecture and agile web development processes
• An understanding of behavioral targeting, personalization, Content Management (CMD), and web technologies
• Ability to interface with both executive leadership and technology teams to garner understanding of needs and requirements
• Must have experience with any large eCommerce Platform
• An understanding of emerging technical platforms
• Skilled in ASANA or relevant project management software preferred
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks with great attention to detail
• Ability to complete short-term and long-term goals in a proper manner
• An insatiable curiosity, and an inability to leave a problem alone until you’ve found one or many different potential solutions
• A desire to take risks - but only after carefully examining the calculus and determining that your chosen course of action is most effective
