Paid Media Manager

CHURCH HILL CLASSICS LTD•Monroe, CT
•$95,000 - $100,000•Onsite

About The Position

Church Hill Classics is seeking a hands-on Paid Media Manager to own paid advertising for diplomaframe.com, customframes.com, and militaryframes.com. The role manages more than $1 million in annual ad spend across Google, Microsoft Advertising (Bing), and Meta, while testing connected TV/OTT and other emerging platforms for growth. The manager will initially work with the agency partner, learn the accounts, direct changes, and plan for the busiest season before taking ownership of the accounts in planned steps and bringing paid media in-house. The role combines campaign execution, budget and performance management, measurement, testing, and reporting. Success is tied to business growth, real site orders, and cost per order, as well as revenue and ROAS goals. The manager is expected to bring forward recommendations proactively, execute approved plans, and communicate performance and next steps clearly. AI tools may support analysis and reporting, while strategy and decisions remain team-driven. The position is based at the company headquarters in Monroe, Connecticut, and is full-time. The posted salary range is $95,000–$100,000 per year, with a bonus opportunity of up to 10% of base salary tied to goals.

Requirements

  • At least 4 to 6 years of hands-on paid media experience in Google Ads.
  • Proven success personally managing annual media budgets of $1 million with aggressive revenue and ROAS goals.
  • Advanced skills in Google Ads, including Shopping, Performance Max, and target ROAS bidding, as well as Microsoft Advertising (Bing) and Meta Ads.
  • Experience with Google Merchant Center and product feeds.
  • Strong working knowledge of GA4 and conversion tracking.
  • Experience managing campaigns in-house and working with agency partners, including taking over accounts from an agency.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience with Monday.com or a similar project management tool.
  • Proactive and self-directed, with a record of identifying opportunities, recommending solutions, and following through without being asked.
  • Strong attention to detail, including checking budgets, settings, and dates before campaigns go live.
  • Clear, confident communication skills, including the ability to explain results in plain language.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience or strong interest in answer engine optimization (AEO) and advertising in AI search tools.
  • Experience with connected TV/OTT advertising (MNTN or similar) or testing other new platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Google Ads certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, and Performance Max), Microsoft Advertising (Bing), and Meta campaigns across three ecommerce websites, using target ROAS bidding to balance growth and profit.
  • Manage budgets and pacing through graduation season and the holidays to meet revenue and ROAS goals.
  • Measure performance using actual site orders and cost per order, not solely platform-reported results.
  • Conduct daily account checks covering spend versus budget, conversion tracking, promotions, product feed issues, and change history.
  • Proactively identify and present data-backed ideas, recommendations, and solutions, then follow through on them.
  • Plan budget and bid changes ahead of promotions and seasonal periods, following the company’s approval process before making changes.
  • Test and grow new channels, including connected TV/OTT, AI search and answer engine placements, and other platforms; set goals and read dates and provide written results.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate analysis and reporting while maintaining control of budgets, targeting, and outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and functional product feeds in Google Merchant Center, conversion tracking, and audiences; monitor competitors and auction trends.
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and next steps, and share data with in-house analytics tools.
  • Manage campaigns, tasks, and deadlines in Monday.com.
  • Partner with the agency and Ecommerce team on promotions, launches, and peak seasons.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
