About The Position

CAA ICON, a division of Creative Artists Agency, is an owner’s representative and strategic management consulting firm serving public and private sports and entertainment facility owners and operators, professional franchises, and leagues. The intern will support company operations or a project field team with office, coordination, and communication responsibilities under the direction of a reporting Manager, and may assist clients with project-related requests. Interns work collaboratively with industry executives and gain exposure to construction methodologies, stadium technology, architectural design, sponsorship negotiations, sustainable building practices such as LEED, interior design, community engagement, and other operational needs. The program includes in-house professional development courses, executive sessions, informational visits to team facilities, and a capstone project and end-of-internship presentation. A laptop and other necessary resources will be provided. Interns are responsible for their own transportation, and a housing stipend will be offered to interns who are not local to the opportunity.
