Join the Solar For All Revolution! PosiGen is seeking an Outside Sales Rep, known as a Residential Energy Specialist (RES), to promote and sell their clean energy solutions. This role involves speaking with potential customers, generating leads, assisting homeowners with solar execution and incentives, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have a positive and enthusiastic attitude, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in quota-driven sales. Responsibilities
- Speak with potential customers about PosiGen's clean energy solutions
- Follow up on leads and generate new leads to meet sales goals
- Assist homeowners in executing documents and providing necessary information for solar installation
- Help qualify homeowners for additional incentives and obtain necessary paperwork for incentive attainment
- Provide high level of customer service throughout customer's lifecycle
- Mentor and train newer team members
- Maintain a professional and enthusiastic attitude
- Possess excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Have a 'no fear' attitude towards cold calling, canvassing, networking, and lead generating
- Be flexible and able to work weekend, evening, and holiday shifts
- Have at least 2 years of work experience in a quota-driven sales position
- Be proficient with complex computer programs, particularly Salesforce CRM
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Must have a valid state driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must be able to obtain HIS Certification
Requirements
- 2+ years' work experience in a quota-driven sales position, with a demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding required metrics
- Proficient with complex computer programs, specifically Salesforce CRM
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Bilingual is a plus
- Must have a valid state driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must have a clean driving record (example, no DUI in the last five years)
- Must be able to obtain HIS Certification
