About the position
This role involves analyzing business structures, procedures, and processes to make recommendations for improving organizational capacity. It also includes conducting workload analysis and job evaluations for new positions, contributing to department restructuring for increased efficiency, and measuring the impact of interventions on staff performance and job satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves managing organizational change, employee transfers, and performance management processes. The successful candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in OD or performance management, with a solid understanding of organization management and human capital management.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing business structures, procedures, processes, and the utilization of resources and giving recommendations for organization capacity
- Conducting Workload Analysis & Job Evaluation for New Proposed Position
- Contributing to the restructuring of departments to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives
- Measuring the impact of interventions on staff performance, efficiency, employee retention, and job satisfaction
- Communicating with stakeholders to find insights and organization needs and change if possible
- Managing organizational change, employee transfer process, and performance management process
- Gathering, maintaining, and analyzing employee performance to provide business insights for stakeholders and management
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as OD or Performance Management Team or related skills in People Strategic Area both in Start-Up or/and Established Corporation
- Solid understanding related Organization Management, Human Capital Management, and People Strategic Area
- Ability to analyze business structures, procedures, processes, and resource utilization
- Conduct workload analysis and job evaluation for new proposed positions
- Experience in contributing to the restructuring of departments to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives
- Ability to measure the impact of interventions on staff performance, efficiency, employee retention, and job satisfaction
- Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and understand organization needs
- Proficiency in managing organizational change, employee transfer process, and performance management process
- Ability to gather, maintain, and analyze employee performance to provide business insights for stakeholders and management.
