About the position
This role offers amazing opportunities to synthesize insights and develop an effective go-to-market and communication strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating brand marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brand's message and resonate with the target audience. Collaboration with various functions, particularly the product marketing team, is essential in growing the Fish & Shrimp business. Additionally, continuous improvement and staying up-to-date with the latest marketing strategies and technologies are key aspects of this role. A bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in brand or product marketing in FMCG, technology, or telecommunications are required for success in this position.
Responsibilities
- Synthesizing insights and translating them into an effective go-to-market and communication strategy
- Creating brand marketing campaigns, including developing marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brand's message and resonate with the target audience
- Managing end-to-end campaign development, including insight generation, campaign creative and media briefing, 360 marketing channel planning, and post-campaign analysis
- Actively collaborating across functions and streams, especially with the product marketing team and in growing the Fish & Shrimp business
- Continuously improving plans and strengthening best practices while evaluating the latest marketing strategies, marketing technologies, and experimenting and optimizing different tactics
- Having a Bachelor's degree from reputable universities or equivalent practical experience
- Having 2+ years of experience working as a brand or product marketing field in FMCG, technology, tele
