Responsibilities
- Building long-term relationships with First Level Buyer customers
- Developing trusted relationships with First Level Buyers & Farmers
- Responsible for maintaining current client satisfaction and providing exceptional client service on a daily basis
- Monitoring and analyzing product usage by customers
- Working with Sales team to join and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships
- Maintaining stock and product supply to meet demand in the area
- Ensuring field team operations run well according to predetermined KPIs
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- Building long-term relationships with First Level Buyer customers
