About The Position
We are hiring an Order Entry Representative for our Southeast Houston (77017) client. We are looking for an experienced, reliable, hard-working employee who can interview immediately! This is a Direct Hire / Permanent position.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of high-volume data entry experience
- Strong customer service background
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently into the system
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with order inquiries
- Review orders for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely order processing
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
