About The Position
Papé Machinery, Inc.’s Agriculture & Turf Division is hiring an Online/Internet Sales Member based at its branch in Tangent, Oregon. The role focuses on selling new compact tractors and turf equipment to customers online while following a defined sales process to provide an exceptional purchasing experience. The sales member communicates with customers through email, text, chat, and phone, represents the company in machinery and solutions sales, and uses financing options to help customers purchase equipment. The position also uses company-approved AI tools to improve efficiency, customer communication, product knowledge, and sales effectiveness. As an on-camera product expert for the Papé Toolkit YouTube channel, the sales member helps create educational videos, equipment demonstrations, and product comparisons using company-provided filming equipment, and collaborates with Marketing on editing and postproduction.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of sales experience.
- Ability to use a CRM tool to track all customer contact.
- Excellent customer relationship skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret basic sales reports.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Willingness to work on Saturdays.
- Comfort using AI-powered technology and presenting information on camera, with willingness to develop skills in both areas.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities
- Sell new compact tractors and turf equipment to customers in an online environment.

- Serve as an on-camera product expert for the Papé Toolkit YouTube channel.

- Collaborate with Marketing on video editing and postproduction.
