About The Position

Sands Automotive Group is seeking Internet Sales Associates to join its expanding team. The role involves helping customers select vehicles, providing product expertise and professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles, and building lasting customer relationships. Associates follow up with buyers to encourage referrals, develop skills for addressing objections, and report to the Sales Manager on objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses. Requirements

Auto sales experience.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Ability to learn about new products quickly.
Excellent communication skills when interacting with customers.
Professional and well-groomed personal appearance.
Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with customers and assist them in selecting a vehicle.
Develop expertise in product offerings, optional packages, and vehicle technology.
Provide high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
Follow up with buyers to encourage referral business.
Learn to overcome objections and succeed in a sales environment.
Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
Maintain a positive attitude.
