Internet Sales Associate
About The Position
Horne Motors Mesa is hiring a customer-focused Internet Sales Associate to engage with prospective vehicle buyers, respond to online inquiries, and help convert internet leads into dealership appointments and sales opportunities. The role involves building customer relationships through timely, consistent follow-up and delivering a professional, friendly experience during the initial buying process. The associate works with the sales team and uses the dealership’s CRM to track customer information and follow-up activity. The position is full-time and in person at Horne Motors Mesa in Mesa, Arizona, and the dealership is closed Sundays. Compensation is listed as $3,200–$10,000+ per month.

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to incoming internet leads, website inquiries, emails, and phone calls.
- Connect with prospective customers to understand their vehicle preferences, needs, and budgets.
- Follow up consistently with leads to build relationships and schedule dealership appointments.
- Help turn online inquiries into showroom visits and vehicle sales.
- Provide a professional, friendly, and helpful customer experience throughout the initial buying process.
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity in the dealership’s CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales team to coordinate appointments and support sales opportunities.
- Manage multiple leads, stay organized, and follow up to maximize sales opportunities.
- Represent Horne Motors Mesa with professionalism and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
