Requirements

Responsibilities

Handle incoming internet inquiries and phone leads.
Respond to emails in a professional, well-spoken manner.
Assist customers in selecting appropriate vehicles, providing industry knowledge and a high level of customer service.
Understand the psychology of internet customers and work with them to set appointments for vehicle demonstrations.
Direct customers to product information resources, including online resources.
Promptly deliver inquiries and messages intended for other sales personnel and departments.
Perform other duties as assigned.
