Responsibilities

Handle incoming internet inquiries and phone leads.
Respond to emails in a professional, well-spoken manner.
Assist customers with appropriate vehicle selection by providing industry knowledge and working toward a high level of customer satisfaction.
Understand the psychology of internet customers and work with them accordingly to set appointments for vehicle demonstrations.
Direct customers to product information resources, including resources available on the internet.
Promptly deliver inquiries or messages intended for other sales personnel and departments.
Perform other duties as assigned.
