Internet Sales Associate
About The Position
Horne Motors Mesa is hiring a driven, outgoing, and customer-focused Internet Sales Associate to engage prospective vehicle buyers and convert online inquiries into dealership appointments and sales opportunities. The associate will be an early point of contact for shoppers, understand their vehicle preferences, needs, and budgets, and build trust through prompt, consistent follow-up. The role works closely with the sales team and provides a professional, friendly, helpful experience throughout the initial buying process. Compensation is listed as $3,200–$10,000+ per month. This is a full-time, in-person position at Horne Motors Mesa in Mesa, Arizona; the dealership is closed Sundays. Interviews are by appointment only.

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to incoming internet leads, website inquiries, emails, and phone calls.
- Connect with prospective customers to understand their vehicle preferences, needs, and budgets.
- Follow up consistently with leads to build relationships and schedule dealership appointments.
- Help turn online inquiries into showroom visits and vehicle sales.
- Provide a professional, friendly, and helpful customer experience throughout the initial buying process.
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activity in the dealership's CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales team to coordinate appointments and support sales opportunities.
- Manage multiple leads, stay organized, and follow up to maximize sales opportunities.
- Represent Horne Motors Mesa with professionalism and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
