Office Manager-Part Time

The job overview for this position is to support the central operations of the Science team by overseeing day-to-day operations of the facility and ensuring smooth functioning of employee programs. The role also involves greeting and screening visitors, managing the sign-in process, and handling shipping and receiving tasks. The ideal candidate should have exceptional customer service skills, strong organization and problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. They should be able to independently orient themselves to the problems that need to be solved and take initiative in supporting the operations of the office.

Greeting anyone who enters the office with warmth and positivity and communicating with necessary parties about guest arrival.

Screening visitors and maintaining security by managing the sign-in process.

Overseeing day-to-day operations of the facility, including employee programs such as food, transportation, janitorial, and shipping and receiving.

Process, package and ship domestic and international orders accurately including scheduling of courier pickups and deliveries.

Supporting with operations-based tasks.
