About the position
Science is seeking a Process Engineer to drive the transition of MEMS products from Development into Production. This position is responsible for introducing new products and technologies into manufacturing, evaluating the manufacturability of existing products, and driving yield, cycle time, and cost improvement activities. The Process Engineer will also review process integration, generate process flow travelers, manage Pre-Production lots, and develop in-line electrical and mechanical parametric test structures and methods.

Requirements
- BS in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
- 5 to 10 years experience in semiconductor process or device engineering
- Previous experience with process integration and parametric test methods preferred
- Ability to manage complex projects and associated resources
- Conduct independent technical investigations of complex process integration and device issues
- Strong technical understanding of several different process areas
- Solid interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to interface effectively with customers
