About the position
As the OEM Sales Senior Director at Piaggio Fast Forward Inc., you will be responsible for building and executing the sales strategy for two product groups: PFF Rider Assistance Solutions and PFF follow module and PFF kilo solutions. With a focus on global expansion, you will identify target markets and customers, develop sales material, prioritize sales channels, and generate sales forecasts. Additionally, you will play a key role in driving growth, expanding the sales team, and establishing strong relationships with customers and partners. This position requires a strong commercial acumen and the ability to thrive in a start-up environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and define target markets and customers
- Define and fine-tune sales material
- Define sales events and marketing mix
- Prioritize sales channels
- Timely generation of the sales forecast
- Creation of annual sales strategies to meet the annual corporate operating plan
- Ensure continued growth
- Expand the team with sales professionals to implement and execute defined strategies within 12 months
- Drive GTM plans to improve market reach for OEM vehicle radar modules and robotic navigation sensor and compute modules
- Design and implement sales objectives and strategies in alignment with overall corporate planning cycles and objectives
- Leverage the company's CRM (HubSpot) for new and existing leads, account management, opportunity management, sales reports, and contracts
- Build, refine, and implement targeting approach for new customer acquisition in growth market segments while maintaining current customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners at senior and mid-management levels
- Manage activities of OEM
Requirements
- Strong commercial acumen and experience in building sales from the ground up
- Ability to operate with a high level of independence and deliver results in a start-up environment
- Experience in launching and introducing new technologies and solutions to target markets
- Strong team player and good communicator
- Ability to identify and define target markets and customers
- Skills in defining and fine-tuning sales material
- Experience in defining sales events and marketing mix
