About the position
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support our company's growth across multiple teams. As a key member of our organization, you will collaborate with various departments to recruit top talent and establish streamlined processes. Your responsibilities will include managing the entire recruiting cycle, utilizing analytics to enhance our hiring process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. This part-time position has the potential to evolve into a full-time role, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on our culture and business.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand the roles and how they fit within the organization
- Find, engage, and activate passive candidates through the use various search techniques, helping drive our candidate pipelines
- Own the development and execution of recruiting strategies for various positions; non-technical and technical
- Manage data in our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse), helping ensure accurate reporting
- Ensure an exceptional experience for every candidate we interact with
Requirements
- 4+ years of strong full cycle recruiting experience, preferably at a high-growth technology company or startup
- Expertise building and executing sourcing strategies for a range of positions, with deep internet recruiting experience
- Strong collaboration skills, with a track record of building strong relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders
- Clear communication, structured thinking, and strong organization and project management skills
