About The Position

The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for implementing and facilitating promotions in compliance with Gaming Board-approved procedures. The role designs and executes special events and parties, coordinates promotions and related activities with the marketing team, and helps select promotional items and materials. The position also communicates promotion meeting outcomes to the department, analyzes event revenue before and after events, and maintains compliance with state rules and regulations. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Strong computer skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any certifications and/or licenses required by local gaming regulations.

Nice To Haves

• College degree in business or marketing preferred.
• One to two years of casino experience preferred.
• Multi-task-oriented, outgoing, and creative personality.

Responsibilities

• Implement and facilitate promotions in compliance with Gaming Board-approved procedures.
• Design and execute special events and parties.
• Coordinate and facilitate promotions, giveaways, drawings, and special events with the marketing team.
• Participate in selecting promotional items and materials.
• Provide written communication of promotion meetings to the department to ensure compliance with promotions.
• Report pre-event and post-event revenue analysis.
• Maintain full compliance with state rules and regulations.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
