About The Position

The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for implementing and facilitating promotions in compliance with Gaming Board-approved procedures. The role designs and executes special events and parties, coordinates promotions and giveaways with the marketing team, and ensures that promotional activities comply with applicable requirements. The position also participates in selecting promotional items and materials, communicates promotion meeting outcomes to the department, and reports on revenue before and after events.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Strong computer skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain certifications and/or licenses required by local gaming regulations.

Nice To Haves

• College degree in business or marketing preferred.
• One to two years of casino experience preferred.
• Multi-task-oriented, outgoing, and creative personality.

Responsibilities

• Implement and facilitate promotions in compliance with Gaming Board-approved procedures.
• Design and execute special events and parties.
• Coordinate and facilitate promotions, giveaways, drawings, and special events with the marketing team.
• Participate in selecting promotional items and materials.
• Communicate promotion meeting information in writing to the department to ensure compliance.
• Report on pre- and post-event revenue analysis.
• Maintain 100% compliance with State Rules and Regulations.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
