About the position

The Marketing Strategy & Insights Director at Omada Health is responsible for developing B2B and B2C customer journeys and uncovering insights to drive marketing strategies. They will simplify the complex healthcare ecosystem and lead the marketing team in understanding and acting upon customer insights. This role will also involve tracking the success of marketing strategies and driving growth within customer segments. The Marketing Strategy & Insights Director will play a critical role in talent development, market research, customer learning, and the development of marketing strategies for new business lines.

Responsibilities

  • Develop B2B and B2C customer journeys
  • Uncover insights along key moments of truth
  • Create a cohesive marketing strategy for Omada
  • Create marketing plans for new lines of business
  • Simplify the GTM strategy to bring clarity for execution
  • Lead the marketing team through the discovery process
  • Train the team on understanding insights and how to action against them
  • Ensure strategy and execution are grounded in insights
  • Track success against marketing strategy to drive growth
  • Have 5+ years of marketing experience
  • Have 5+ years of experience in uncovering customer insights and developing marketing strategy
  • Have 7+ years of industry experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences
  • Have experience in payer marketing, medicare advantage, and/or health systems
  • Be customer obsessed and work well in a rapidly changing environment
  • Be a troubleshooter and optimizer, always looking to improve
  • Have a deep understanding of uncovering customer insights
  • Have experience in developing customer journeys and identifying key moments along the journey to discover insights
  • Have experience building brand level marketing plans and customer segment strategies
  • Have strong experience in market and competitive analysis
  • Have leadership experience leading groups through strategic and planning exercises
  • Have experience identifying key market trends and assessing how to leverage those trends and/or respond to market events
  • Have proven experience partnering with multiple internal stakeholders
  • Be highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects
  • Have strong empathy, communication, influencing, and organizational skills
  • Serve on the marketing leads team responsible for talent development, marketing plan of record, performance reviews (QBRs), and culture and engagement
  • Build a collection of market research findings by customer segment
  • Partner with sales and customer success teams to collect customer learning from field facing teams
  • Build and lead the insights discovery process across all customer segments
  • Develop and maintain customer journeys
  • Lead the development of education and training on customer journeys, segmentation, and insights
  • Lead the annual marketing plan development process and measurement plan
  • Lead the development of marketing strategies for new business lines
  • Requirements

    • 5+ years of Marketing experience
    • 5+ years of experience in uncovering customer insights & developing marketing strategy
    • 7+ years of industry experience in Healthcare & Life Sciences
    • Must have experience in payer marketing, medicare advantage and/or health systems
    • Customer obsessed entrepreneur
    • Ability to work well in a rapidly changing environment
