About the position

Omada Health is seeking an experienced product marketer to join their team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Marketing, the individual will be responsible for differentiating and positioning the company's suite of products and effectively communicating their value to channel partners. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B technology marketing, with healthcare industry experience being a plus. They should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to influence and build consensus across various stakeholders. The role involves defining the value proposition for target buyers, developing marketing strategies, creating selling tools and content, and supporting sales and marketing efforts in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

  • Differentiate and position the suite of products and clearly communicate the programs' value to channel partners through content
  • Define the value proposition for target buyers and develop marketing strategies
  • Create selling tools and external content, and enable the field
  • Synthesize customer feedback and insights from market research
  • Articulate the needs of channel partners and their selling process
  • Support sales and marketing efforts to stand out in a competitive market
  • Be the voice of the customer for product and commercial teams
  • Shape go-to-market strategy and product roadmaps based on market gaps, competitive intelligence, and customer needs
  • Understand and articulate the competitive position in each product vertical to empower sales effectiveness
  • Define position and messaging for channel partner audiences
  • Create clear, compelling, and engaging assets for campaigns and selling conversations
  • Stay updated on technology, health, and competitive trends
  • Translate trends into POVs that help product and sales teams stay ahead of the curve
  • Provide clear and concise communication, collaboration, and influence cross-functionally
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and commitment to excellence
  • Build strong professional relationships in a remote-first environment
  • Be knowledgeable about B2B proof points and best practices
  • Use insights from market research, performance data, and clinical outcomes to shape strategies
  • Stay on top of technology, health, and competitive trends
  • Translate trends into POVs that help product and sales teams stay ahead of the curve
  • Bring Omada's data, solutions, and core competencies to life with clear, compelling, and engaging assets

Requirements

  • 8+ years experience in product marketing or related marketing discipline, with a focus on B2B technology preferred
  • Experience with messaging, positioning, go-to-market execution, and developing buyer insights
  • Ability to make decisions with incomplete information and manage projects amidst ambiguity in a high-growth environment
  • Successful track record of translating product features into buyer and end user benefits
  • Excellent ability to communicate, collaborate, and influence cross-functionally across all levels of management
  • Understanding of line of business strategy and goals and ability to drive marketing initiatives to meet those objectives
  • Proven ability to create a variety of internal and external content, including sales playbooks, slide presentations, and technical thought leadership
  • Attention to detail, commitment to excellence, and ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
  • Data and results-driven with expertise in best practices for B2B proof points
  • Adept at building strong professional relationships in a remote-first environment
  • Digital health experience is desired, but not required
