Senior Data Analyst, Client Analytics

The job overview for this role is that the client analytics team at Omada Health is responsible for developing reports and data insights that communicate the value of Omada's services to employer and payer populations. They use data from app engagement, clinical outcomes, behavioral health indicators, and claims to provide data-driven narratives to over 1.5k customers and 600k members. The key responsibilities include developing Tableau dashboards, conducting ad-hoc analysis, improving data quality, defining operational processes, and collaborating with various teams. The ideal candidate should have strong BI solution design and programming experience, as well as skills in data analysis, Tableau, SQL, and databases. The impact of this role is to communicate Omada's impact on client satisfaction and retention, and to support individuals in accessing Omada for their healthcare needs.

• Development and support of well-designed Tableau dashboards
• Ad-hoc analysis to support customer insights and inquiries
• Work closely with various data teams to improve data quality and reduce exceptions
• Define operational processes and support system enhancements for analytics and reporting support at scale
• Collaborate across multiple teams including analytics, data science, data engineering and architecture, clinical, and product
• Analyze various data sets and develop key metrics
• Design and develop enterprise class BI applications
• Strong relational database design/development skills
• Problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Experience working with distributed teams and mentoring team members
• Work on multiple projects under aggressive deadlines
• Communicate the impact of Omada across employer and payer populations
• Focus on storytelling through data and polished presentation
• Bonus points for deep Tableau experience and knowledge of population health metrics

• At least 7+ years of rigorous BI solution design and programming experience
• Strong experience in designing and developing enterprise class BI applications
• Ability to analyze various data sets, and develop succinct key metrics
• Strong relational database design/development skills
• Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Experience working with distributed teams and mentoring team members
• Track record of working on multiple projects under aggressive deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
• Skills: Data Analysis and Visualization, Tableau, SQL, ETL, Databases, Data model and Excel
• Deep Tableau experience (bonus)
