About The Position

The Arc Erie County New York is seeking a creative, hands-on Marketing & Creative Content Manager to transform ideas into attention-grabbing content. This role involves designing promotional materials, creating social media content, and capturing agency events through photo and video to tell the stories of their programs, people, and impact across Western New York.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Marketing, Social Media, Web Management, or a related field plus 3 years of relevant experience, OR Associate degree in a related field plus 5 years of relevant experience
Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Experience creating professional digital and print content
Familiarity with Canva, social media platforms, and web content
Strong writing, design, and visual storytelling skills
Ability to provide samples of previous writing, graphic design, media, and/or event-related work
Valid NYS Driver’s License and reliable transportation for travel throughout WNY

Responsibilities

Create engaging graphics and content for social media, web, email, print, and advertising
Design flyers, brochures, event materials, presentations, newsletters, and other promotional pieces
Produce short-form videos and visual content highlighting agency programs and events
Help manage and grow our social media presence
Provide photography, video, and social media coverage at agency and community events
Partner with departments across the agency to turn their stories and ideas into compelling content
Support marketing campaigns, fundraising initiatives, and special events
