About The Position

Think Academy is seeking an ambitious early-career professional to help grow its online education programs and develop toward future education leadership. The role begins with working directly with families to understand students’ learning needs, recommend suitable programs, and support trial-to-enrollment conversion. With experience, the employee takes on broader responsibilities in student recruitment, enrollment growth, marketing, partnerships, referrals, community engagement, data analysis, and online school operations. Performance and demonstrated leadership may lead to opportunities to manage a team, academic division, or online school operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above; recent graduates are welcome.
• Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English.
• Takes initiative, solves problems independently, and is accountable for results.

Responsibilities

• Understand families’ learning needs and recommend appropriate programs.
• Drive trial-to-enrollment conversion and take ownership of enrollment results.
• Build strong relationships with families.
• Develop and execute student recruitment strategies through marketing, partnerships, referrals, and community engagement.
• Analyze enrollment data and identify opportunities to grow the online student community.
• Lead online school growth and operational initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Potentially manage a team, academic division, or online school operations based on performance and demonstrated leadership.
