About The Position

Red Cat Holdings is seeking a hands-on Content Capture & Media Specialist, primarily dedicated to Blue Ops, its maritime division. The role captures, sources, and manages photo and video content showing Red Cat's systems in action. It combines field production on the water, at test ranges, on production floors, and at events with management of content created by agencies, freelancers, partners, and customers. Remaining time supports Red Cat corporate content and other product lines and brands. Working with the Blue Ops President and teams across Marketing, Business Development, Engineering, and Military Operations, the specialist turns raw or externally sourced footage into finished, release-ready assets for sales, social media, the web, events, recruiting, and executive communications. The role includes field capture, editing and post-production, vendor and partner coordination, content planning and distribution, release and security review, and enterprise media-library and equipment management. The position requires extensive travel to test ranges, ports, military installations, customer sites, and industry events, sometimes on short notice. Work may take place outdoors and on the water in varied weather and sea conditions, with early mornings, long days, and occasional weekends. Applicants must complete a post-offer background check. The role requires access to ITAR- and EAR-controlled materials; candidates for restricted work must provide proof of U.S. citizenship or permanent residence and must not require sponsorship for export-restricted work authorization.
