Manager, Brand Content Operations

Masco•Indianapolis, IN

About The Position

The Content Operations Lead will establish and manage the operating model for prioritizing, sequencing, managing, tracking, and scaling creative asset content development for Delta, Peerless, Liberty, and Franklin Brass brands. The role ensures content is developed at the right time for business priorities, with cross-functional alignment across new product development (NPD), eCommerce, Retail, Trade, Pro, AI-enabled content development, and brand-owned channels. Reporting within the Brand organization and embedded in the Creative Assets ecosystem, this role connects business priorities, content demand, creative production capacity, channel needs, and emerging AI-enabled content capabilities. It will build a disciplined content system to improve throughput, reduce duplication and rework, increase asset reuse, and accelerate deployment across channels. The position requires operational leadership to create structure in ambiguous situations, build scalable processes, manage cross-functional intake and prioritization, and align marketing, creative, digital, product, and channel teams around a shared content roadmap.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in content operations, marketing operations, creative operations, project/program management, digital marketing, eCommerce merchandising, or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, Digital Strategy, or a related field.
  • Ability to design and manage intake processes, workflows, prioritization systems, production roadmaps, and cross-functional operating models.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, stakeholders, dependencies, and resource constraints in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of creative asset development, digital content, product launch support, eCommerce content, channel versioning, and brand consistency requirements.
  • Ability to interpret demand, throughput, resource, and performance data to improve planning, prioritization, and operational decision-making.
  • Proven ability to work across teams, build alignment, clarify tradeoffs, and move work forward without relying solely on formal authority.
  • Ability to identify process gaps, build scalable solutions, and translate complexity into clear workflows and decision frameworks.
  • Comfort working with emerging AI-enabled content tools, automation concepts, DAM systems, content platforms, workflow tools, and evolving digital content requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain priorities, tradeoffs, risks, and recommendations to working teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and continuously improve the enterprise content operating model, including intake, prioritization, sequencing, workflow standards, and capacity planning.
  • Own the content intake process and evaluate requests against business priorities, launch needs, channel impact, resource requirements, and timing constraints.
  • Develop and manage visibility into content demand, team capacity, production timelines, and resource tradeoffs.
  • Streamline content workflows, reduce rework, remove process friction, and improve speed-to-market.
  • Partner with Brand, Creative Services, Product Marketing, eCommerce, Retail, Trade, Pro, Legal, Customer Product Data, and external partners to align priorities, timing, inputs, approvals, and execution plans.
  • Work with internal teams and the Masco Digital CoE to translate AI-enabled content tools, automation opportunities, and emerging workflows into usable operating processes.
  • Help identify the appropriate content solution for each business need, including new or refreshed assets, modular templates, channel-specific versions, AI-assisted content, or reuse of existing assets.
  • Build and maintain content roadmaps connecting strategic priorities, SKU needs, channel requirements, launch timing, and production capacity.
  • Track operational metrics such as cycle time, request volume, asset reuse, content completion, production status, bottlenecks, and cost or resource efficiency.
  • Partner with the Governance & Lifecycle Lead to ensure content is tagged, versioned, maintained, refreshed, and retired according to established standards.
  • Communicate project status, risks, tradeoffs, capacity constraints, and decision needs to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Recommend process, tool, template, and workflow improvements that scale content production without a proportional increase in resources.
