About The Position
The Enterprise Management Internship is a paid, team-based internship for a university or college student, offering practical business and leadership experience. Interns take on challenges similar to those handled by first- and second-year full-time professionals and receive support from their peers. The role is based at the Boise or Meridian branch locations in Idaho and runs from mid-May through August. Interns gain experience in business management, including managing a vehicle fleet, serving customers, developing marketing strategies, and building relationships with customers and coworkers. They also complete internship projects and participate in friendly competition with peers. Interns may be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
Requirements
- Must be enrolled in college full time and be a rising senior.
- Must have a valid U.S. driver's license for at least one year.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship for this position now or in the future.
- Must pass a satisfactory background check, including driving history, employment references, education, and Social Security verification. Driving history must have no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years, and no DUI or DWI in the last three years.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
