About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is a paid summer internship for university and college students, located at an Enterprise office in the Huntington, WV 25703 area. Interns gain practical business and leadership experience by taking on challenges similar to those faced by first- and second-year full-time professionals, working in a team-based environment, and learning how to run a successful business. The internship runs from May 17, 2027, through August 6, 2027, with a 40-hour work week and hourly pay of $17.00. Interns develop skills in managing a vehicle fleet, serving customers, developing marketing strategies, and building relationships with customers and coworkers. They complete internship projects and may participate in friendly competition with peers. Interns may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be a junior or senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program and set to graduate between August 2027 and May 2028.
Must be available to begin orientation on May 17, 2027, and work through August 6, 2027.
Must have at least six months of experience in customer service, leadership, or sales.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related driving convictions, such as DUI/DWI, in the past three years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require the company's work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
