About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is a paid, team-based summer internship for university or college students, offering practical business and leadership experience. Interns take on challenges similar to those handled by first- and second-year full-time professionals and learn about managing a successful business. The role is based at an Enterprise office in the Altoona, Pennsylvania area. The internship runs from May 17, 2027, through August 6, 2027, with a 40-hour work week and an hourly rate of $17.00.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be a junior or senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program and set to graduate between August 2027 and May 2028.
• Must be able to start orientation on May 17, 2027, and work through August 6, 2027.
• Must have at least six months of experience in customer service, leadership, or sales.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
• Must have no drug- or alcohol-related convictions on the driving record in the past three years, such as DUI/DWI.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require company sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future.
