About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is a paid, full-time summer internship for university or college students, based at an Enterprise office in the Altoona, Pennsylvania 16602 area. Interns gain practical business and leadership experience by taking on challenges similar to those of first- and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment. The internship runs from May 17, 2027, through August 6, 2027, with a 40-hour work week and pay of $17.00 per hour. Interns learn about managing a vehicle fleet, serving customers, developing marketing strategies, and building relationships with customers and coworkers. They complete internship projects and may participate in peer competitions. Performance incentives and employee referral rewards may also be available to eligible interns.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be a junior or senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program and scheduled to graduate between August 2027 and May 2028.
Must be able to start orientation on May 17, 2027, and work through August 6, 2027.
Must have at least six months of experience in customer service, leadership, or sales.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related convictions on the driving record in the past three years, such as DUI/DWI.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require employment authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
