Management Trainee Summer 2027 Internship
About The Position
The Enterprise Management Internship offers university and college students paid, hands-on experience developing business and leadership skills. Interns work in a team-based environment and take on challenges similar to those of first- and second-year full-time professionals. They learn about managing a fleet of vehicles, serving customers, developing marketing strategies, and building relationships with customers and coworkers. Interns complete projects and may participate in friendly competition with their peers. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be enrolled full-time at a four-year university, pursuing a bachelor's degree in the final semester and graduating by June 2028.

- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require current or future work authorization sponsorship from the company.
- Must commit to 10–12 weeks and be available to start in May 2027.
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week during the internship.
- Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
