About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is a paid, team-based summer internship for university or college students, located at an Enterprise office in the Greensburg, Pennsylvania 15601 area. Interns gain practical business and leadership experience by taking on challenges similar to those faced by first- and second-year full-time professionals. The internship runs from May 17, 2027, through August 6, 2027, at $17.00 per hour for a 40-hour workweek.

Interns develop skills in managing a vehicle fleet, serving customers, developing marketing strategies, and building relationships with customers and coworkers. They also complete intern projects and participate in peer competition. Performance incentives and employee referral rewards may be available.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be a junior or senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program and scheduled to graduate between August 2027 and May 2028.
• Must be available to begin orientation on May 17, 2027, and work through August 6, 2027.
• Must have at least six months of experience in customer service, leadership, or sales.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
• Must have no drug- or alcohol-related driving convictions, such as DUI/DWI, in the past three years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship now or in the future.
