About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is a paid, full-time summer internship for university or college students. Interns gain practical business and leadership experience by taking on challenges similar to those faced by first- and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment. The role offers exposure to running a business and developing management skills, including managing a vehicle fleet, serving customers, developing marketing strategies, and building relationships with customers and coworkers. Interns complete projects and participate in peer competitions. The internship is located at an Enterprise office in the Morgantown, West Virginia 26505 area. It pays $17.00 per hour for a 40-hour work week and runs from May 17, 2027, through August 6, 2027.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be a junior or senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program and expected to graduate between August 2027 and May 2028.
Must be available to begin orientation on May 17, 2027, and work through August 6, 2027.
Must have at least six months of experience in customer service, leadership, or sales.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related convictions on the driving record in the past three years, such as DUI/DWI.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship from the company now or in the future.
