About The Position
The Enterprise Management Internship is a paid, seasonal internship for university or college students seeking practical business and leadership experience. Interns take on challenges similar to those faced by first- and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with support from their peers. The role is based at the Pocatello Branch, 302 Yellowstone Ave, Pocatello, ID 83201, and is scheduled to run from mid-May through August. Interns gain exposure to managing a fleet of vehicles, serving customers, developing marketing strategies, and building relationships with customers and coworkers. They also complete intern projects and participate in peer competition. Participants may be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
Requirements
- Must be enrolled in college full time and be a rising senior.
- Must have a valid U.S. driver's license for at least one year.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
- Must pass a satisfactory background check, including driving history, employment references, education, and Social Security verification. Driving history must have no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years and no DUI or DWI in the past three years.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
