Management Trainee Summer Internship- Idaho Falls, ID
About The Position
The Enterprise Management Internship provides university and college students with paid, real-world experience developing business and leadership skills. Interns take on challenges similar to those faced by first- and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with support from their peers. The position is based at the Idaho Falls Branch, 898 Northgate Mile, Idaho Falls, Idaho 83401. The internship runs from mid-May through August. Interns learn about managing a vehicle fleet, serving customers, developing marketing strategies, and building relationships with customers and coworkers. They also complete intern projects and participate in friendly competition with peers. Participants may be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
Requirements
- Must be enrolled in college full time and be a rising senior.
- Must have held a valid U.S. driver's license for at least one year.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring employment authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
- Must pass a satisfactory background check, including driving history, employment references, education, and Social Security checks. Driving history must have no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years, and no DUI or DWI in the past three years.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
