About The Position
The Enterprise Management Internship offers university and college students paid, real-world experience developing business and leadership skills. Interns take on challenges similar to those handled by first- and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with support from peers. Based at the Idaho Falls Branch at 898 Northgate Mile, Idaho Falls, Idaho, interns learn about managing a business and complete projects while participating in friendly competition with their peers. Interns may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
Requirements
- Must be enrolled in college full time and be a rising senior.
- Must have a valid U.S. driver's license for at least one year.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship for this position now or in the future.
- Must pass a satisfactory background check, including driving history, employment references, education, and Social Security checks. Driving history must have no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years, and no DUI or DWI in the past three years.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Responsibilities
- Develop skills in managing a fleet of vehicles.
- Provide customer service and take care of customers.
- Develop marketing strategies.
- Build relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Complete internship projects and participate in peer competitions.
