About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is a paid, seasonal internship for university or college students, based at the Pocatello Branch at 302 Yellowstone Ave, Pocatello, ID 83201. The internship starts in mid-January and continues through April. Interns gain real-world business and leadership experience, learning how to run a successful business alongside first- and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment. The role provides opportunities to develop skills in managing a vehicle fleet, serving customers, developing marketing strategies, and building relationships with customers and coworkers. Interns also complete projects and participate in peer competition. They may be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Requirements

Must be enrolled in college full time and be a rising senior.
Must have a valid U.S. driver's license for at least one year.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require current or future work authorization sponsorship from the company.
Must pass a satisfactory background check, including driving history, employment references, education, and Social Security verification. Driving history must have no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years, and no DUI or DWI in the past three years.
Must be at least 18 years old.
