Management Trainee Spring Internship- Idaho Falls, ID
About The Position
The Enterprise Management Internship provides university and college students with paid, real-world experience developing business and leadership skills. Interns take on challenges similar to those handled by first- and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peer support throughout the internship. The role is located at the Idaho Falls Branch, 898 Northgate Mile, Idaho Falls, ID 83401. During the internship, participants gain experience in managing a vehicle fleet, serving customers, developing marketing strategies, and building relationships with customers and coworkers. Interns also complete projects and may take part in friendly competition with their peers. They may be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
Requirements
- Must be enrolled in college full time and be a rising Senior.
- Must have a valid U.S. driver's license for at least one year.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
- Must pass a satisfactory background check, including driving history, employment references, education, and social security. Driving history must have no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years, and no DUI or DWI in the past three years.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
