About The Position

The NOW Massage in Downtown Naperville is seeking a motivated, service-oriented Management in Training candidate interested in developing leadership skills and building a career in wellness and spa management. This role is suited to someone who enjoys working with people, creating exceptional guest experiences, supporting team members, and learning business operations. The successful candidate will receive hands-on training and opportunities to develop skills for increased management responsibilities. The position begins part-time, with the opportunity to transition to full-time.
