Lifecycle Marketing Manager

JunoMiami, FL
$80,000 - $100,000

About The Position

Juno is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the execution of member communications across all products and business lines. With a large member base of over 290,000, the role focuses on turning member insights into targeted messages at critical moments in their borrowing cycle to drive funded loans. This position requires a deep understanding of the Juno product and data model to build scalable segmentation and personalization, coordinate with product teams, own measurement and reporting, run experiments, and ensure program compliance. The role also emphasizes leveraging AI as a multiplier for efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Typically 1–3+ years in lifecycle/CRM marketing, marketing operations, growth, or an analytical role adjacent to one of them.
  • Hands-on experience with an ESP (Customer.io, MailChimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Comfortable with data: You can read a funnel, reason about a segment, and tell a real result from noise.
  • AI fluency: You already use AI in your daily work and can walk us through exactly how.
  • Precision: You check your work and build processes to prevent errors.
  • Execution over ideation: You'll ship a lot and prefer to run the calendar well.
  • Curiosity about the product: You want to understand how student lending works.
  • Comfort with seasonality: You plan for peak periods months ahead.
  • Tenacity: you work as hard as it takes to achieve our targets.

Nice To Haves

  • Open to a lifecycle marketer who wants to go deeper on data, or an analyst/ops person who wants to move into growth.
  • You don't need SQL on day one, but you should want to learn it.
  • You're precise: You catch the broken link before it goes to 40,000 people.
  • You're curious about the data: When something works, your first instinct is to ask why.
  • You close the loop: A campaign isn't done until you've reported what it did.
  • You think in systems: You'd rather build the process once than do the thing by hand ten times.

Responsibilities

  • Own lifecycle execution end to end: Build and ship email and SMS campaigns across grad, undergrad, and refi.
  • Understand how a member moves from signup to rate offer to application to funded loan.
  • Know what data is held on every member, where it lives, and what it can and can't tell you.
  • Use data structure to build segmentation and personalization that hold up at scale.
  • Define who receives what by vertical, school, application stage, loan status, and timing.
  • Translate the goals of grad leaders and senior team members into a shipped campaign calendar.
  • Report on campaign performance, focusing on applications started, applications completed, and loans funded.
  • Propose and run experiments on subject lines, timing, sequencing, and offers.
  • Route messaging through compliance review, maintain suppression and deliverability hygiene.
  • Use AI tools to draft, QA, and debug segment logic, Liquid, SQL, copy variants, and post-send analysis.

Benefits

  • Base salary range: $80,000–$100,000, depending on experience
  • Annual performance bonus
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) matching
